The high-end modular home that Orion General Contractors is building in Penn Valley began to take shape Wednesday. The 5,700 square foot modular home is being added to the remaining part of a 1800's home on a one-acre site on Righters Mill Road. 15 modular boxes with an average length of 49 feet long by 15 feet wide are being used in the construction.
